Good Afternoon Deep Creek Families. This is Principal McElroy with reminders for the next two weeks. Tuesday, October 23rd will be our last day to answer the survey question about our uniform policy. Please make sure you return the ballot by Tuesday, October 23rd. Picture retakes are also on Tuesday, October 23rd. This week begins our Red Ribbon Week that focuses on living a healthy, drug-free life. Wednesday, October 24th is wear RED day so we are encouraging our Cubs to wear any red shirt with normal uniform bottoms in a show of support. Friday, October 26th is our character parade for grades K-2 which focuses on literacy.  Please check with your child's teacher for the guidelines. Report Cards will go home with students on Monday, October 29th. Some of our Cubs will be marching in the Veteran's Day parade in Punta Gorda on Saturday, Nov. 3rd.
