DCES Phone Message 8/16/15

Good Afternoon Deep Creek Family. This is Principal McElroy calling to say thank you for a wonderful first week. We are thrilled with our start and ready to get into our routine. If you are a parent who drops off their child, please be sure to pull through the line and not park. Parking and walking across the line tends to slow down the process and we need all students in class ready to learn by 8:30am. We are teaching our cubs to be responsible so parents will not be permitted to walk students to classes or visit classrooms without an appointment. There will be safety patrols and adults around campus to assist. It is important that our teachers use every minute of the day as academic focused time. I hope you have had a chance to review the family handbook and calendar of events in the front of your child's planner. This is an important communication tool so if not please check it out.
