Good Afternoon Deep Creek Families this is Principal McElroy with some important information. On Tuesday our Cubs in 4th and 5th grade will take the writing portion of FSA. Students in K-3rd grade will also take the district writing assessment on this day as well. Please make sure all our Cubs get a good night sleep and arrive around 8-8:15am to school to enjoy  free breakfast. Remember we want each of our Cubs to do their best so having a good night sleep and a healthy breakfast will help ensure they do their best. Just a reminder our annual Teddy Bear Picnic is on March 10th, please be sure you have returned the slip to your child's teacher regarding who will be attending. This year we have added our school wide science fair to the event so our Cubs are eager to show their leadership notebooks and their hard work on their science fair projects. The event begins at 11am on Friday, March 10th. We hope your family has a safe spring break March 13-17th. School resumes on Tuesday, March 21st.
