Phone Message 8/21/16

Good afternoon to all of our Cub Families, this is Assistant Principal, Mr. Vernon letting everyone know what is coming up for the week. On Tuesday, August 23rd we are having our annual Watch D.O.G Pizza night. We invite all of our students to bring their fathers, grandfathers, uncles, or any other male role model to our cafeteria from 5:30 - 6:30pm.  We will have pizza and a brief presentation on how you can become a Watch D.O.G and be a role model on our campus.  Also on Tuesday, all families will be receiving a bright yellow paper that will be sent home with students.  This paper will have your child's FOCUS information where you will gain access to check classroom grades, attendance, and Standardized test scores.   Last, I"m very excited to announce that our Family Reading Center will open before school this Wednesday, August 24th.  We invite all our families to stop in and check out a book, the Reading Center will be open from 7:35am - 8:00am.  Thank you all for listening, I am looking forward to another great week with our Cubs, who definitely have started off the school year Ready, Responsible, and Respectful.  Have a good night.
